"We have done our job; Now it's up to you"
After your new tattoo, please follow these instructions :

1. Remove cling film / dressing from tattoo, with clean hands, after 1 hour. Cling film can stay longer (up to 8hrs) but its best to remove it as soon as you can. OR USE CLING FILM AS INSTRUCTED BY YOUR ARTIST.
2. Gently wash the tattoo with warm soapy water, to remove any excess ink and blood and pat dry, gently using a clean towel or kitchen tissue.
3. Apply a thin layer of Bepanthen cream to the tattoo.(Bepanthen is a nappy rash cream, that can be purchased from any store that has a good baby dept. Eg Boots, Sainsbury's etc. Do not use any other nappy rash cream.)
4. The tattoo will form a scab after about 1 or 2 days. Keep applying the Bepanthen two or three times a day with clean hands. Bepanthen heals the tattoo quicker and brighter than other creams.
5. Do NOT pick or scratch the tattoo, as it may impair the results or cause infection.
6. You may have a bath or shower every day to keep the tattoo clean. Do not soak your tattoo in the bath for too long. Showers are best.
7. When the scabs are off, after a week or two, your tattoo may have a dry appearance to it. This is normal and now you can use any brand moisturiser on it (or continue using Bepanthen), to speed up the healing process.
8. We work to the highest hygiene standards, to ensure that your tattoo heals well. If you do not look after your tattoo correctly, as instructed by the artist, we cannot be held responsible for the result. Touch ups on tattoos are free of charge unless the tattoo has not been looked after correctly.
9. If you do have any problems or worries regarding your tattoo. Do not hesitate to call us or come in the shop. We will be happy to help and advise you. Do not listen to advise from mates or “blokes down the pub”. You cant beat the advise of a professional, that knows your skin type and the tattoo you've had done.
10. No swimming, sun beds/bathing, until the tattoo is healed. Always use spf 50 (Sun Cream) on your tattoo, when exposed to UV rays, to keep it bright.
If you have followed these instructions correctly, you now have a fantastic new tattoo, Congratulations!!!
